Pulling for Obama as the night wears on, but just hoping for anyone who will take our environmental issues seriously.
On a lighter note, thanks for creating MTV Switch! It's great to let people know that making good environmental choices doesn't have to be a hassle but can actually be fun.
Hope you'll do some blog posts on plastic in the future. Right now, the crew of the Alguita are out in the Pacific Gyre cataloging all the plastic floating around in the Garbage Patch and keeping a daily blog of their findings with photos and great details. And not to get depressed about all that plastic waste, my own blog Fake Plastic Fish (http://www.fakeplasticfish.com) is all about finding alternatives to plastic and figuring out what each of us can do to solve this problem, from carrying reusable bottles to using solid shampoo bars to making homemade lotion, learning to live without plastic can actually be kinda fun.
